Destiny 2 players can find Xur in Winding Cove, EDZ, this week.
In case you are not familiar with the location, spawn in the aforementioned zone, and slightly turn left to face a ridge that splits the road in two. Go there, take the path to the right and continue until you reach a crashed Fallen ship.
Bungie branched the options out here so you can go underneath the wreck through the tunnel or jump over the rocks to the right to reach Xur.

The Dragon's Shadow has a pretty good stat total as well as distribution so it is highly recommended if you are looking to take your Hunter to PvP.
Similarly, Hunters have a decent pick between the Legendary chest piece and boots while Titans and Warlocks are out of luck on all of their armour because it has too much Mobility.
Thoughtless has a pretty good set of perks for PvP so if you need a sniper rifle, you have found one. Enjoy the quick snipes.
