Pinocchio is one of the most famous children's novels to ever exist and when Ravenswatch started picking up such characters for the roster, everyone would expect the wooden boy to join rather than his creator.
Passtech Games had a different idea to shake things up and instead propped Geppetto as the newest addition, bringing his genius and madness to the battlefield.
The update has already gone live and if you have the game installed, Geppetto should be available.
Ravenswatch's newest character is the seventh hero to join the organisation. Being at his age and missing an arm would normally mean there is no way he can bring anything to the table but this dark depiction of Geppetto has a variety of tricks up his remaining sleeve.
He is a hybrid character that alternates between melee and ranged combat. Ideally, he will keep his distance and toss grenades while his puppets do the fighting but he sometimes needs to close in to give his wooden creations new directions.
While the puppets are formidable in their role, they are not invulnerable. As such, Geppetto will need to heal them from time to time as his abilities have adverse effects on enemies and positive ones on puppets.
Being close to the frontline is where the risks start to kick in as Geppetto is not really equipped to deal with the dangers himself. Prepare to kite some enemies around the battlefield.
