Destiny 2 players can find Xur in Watcher's Grave on Nessus this week.
If you are not familiar with the location, Bungie made it easy to find him as you just need to spawn on the aforementioned landing zone and look straight ahead.
Xur will be located on the giant tree and you can see a large concentration of Guardians around him to pinpoint the position. The ascent starts to the left as you face the tree.

False Promises and Seventh Seraph SAW have good perks for PvE, the first one for clearing adds and the second being good overall, especially on tough targets that wiggle their weak spot often, like the final boss in the Spire.

All Exotic armour pieces have a good stat distribution, with Titan and Warlock ones having no more than two Mobility.
Legendary armour pieces are all over 60 stat total so if you are struggling to find high-stat armour, you may want to buy it in this round of Xur's offerings.
