This puzzle in Silent Hill: Townfall, the newest horror adventure from No Code and Konami, turns up as part of a larger puzzle where you need to track down three separate objects connected to Zoe and place them on three scales. One of those objects is sitting inside the pharmacy building, and once you're on the right track the game marks it on your map for you. Getting to it means learning a new mechanic first and then reading a handful of posters far more carefully than you'd normally bother to.
Head into the pharmacy and find the signal device
Once the pharmacy is marked on your map, head inside, and the game introduces you to a bit of a signal tuning kit. You'll need to sync it with another device nearby, then dial in the right frequency by hand.
Tune the signal properly
This part leans on the DualSense controller if you're on PS5, since the final fine-tuning is done through the controller's feedback rather than anything on screen. Get the rough frequency locked in first, then use that feedback to nudge it the rest of the way until the picture clears up. Once it's tuned, a short video plays with four separate clues, one for each digit of the padlock code on the nearby locker.
Read the four clues around the room
The first clue is a quick shot of the handwashing poster, the one in the shop's toilet showing a pair of hands. Look at the hand in the image and count the fingers on display; there are six. That's your first digit.
The second clue shows the poster warning about prescription drugs. Printed on it is the number five; no counting is required this time, just read it straight off the poster. That's your second digit.
The third clue looks like it's pointing at the clock on the wall to the locker's left, but it isn't; it's actually a separate poster showing a set of weighing scales, and the needle on that scale is resting on three. That's your third digit.
The fourth and final clue shows the antibiotics poster with a blister pack of ten pills, except one has already been popped out. Ten minus one gives you nine, your fourth and last digit.
Enter the code and grab the item
Put the four digits together in the order the video showed them: six, five, three, nine, for a code of 6539. Enter that into the padlock on the locker, and it will open, handing you the Prescription Dosage you need for the wider three-scale puzzle.
Quick Tip: If any of the posters are hard to make out on the small tuning screen, don't just squint at it, go and read the actual poster on the wall instead. All four are physically present in the pharmacy, and they're far easier to read at full size. Or, of course, if you don't want to bother, just input the 6539 code in the locker.
