We are 5 days away from the new season starting on Rainbow Six Siege and Solis officially joining Team Rainbow. What better way to hype the community up than a very intense lore video.
Ubisoft has just released the first lore cinematic not only for Solis but also for Ghosteyes squad , and it has left the community as invested in it as never before.
In the cinematic, Solis goes undercover as one of the Nighthaven agents and later on confronts Kali. During the narrative, Kali gets ambushed by Caveira and the two of them engage in a fistfight.
During that moment, Solis gets surrounded by Nighthaven drones and she uses her abilities to disarm them. Once that happens, Kali manages to overpower Caveira but soon realizes that she is greatly outnumbered as all of the agents that were present at the scene were actually recruits of Team Rainbow.
Kali promises that what happened to Masayuki Yahata, the man that Azami worked for and who was very dear to her, was not killed by Nighthaven troops but instead by equipment stolen from Nighthaven.

The community was quick to set up theories as to who the third party involved could be. The majority pointed out that the terrorist group called White Masks, the original enemies of Team Rainbow, could be involved and maybe the developers haven't pushed them out of the lore just yet.
Regardless, we are very excited to see what other content and cinematics will be released in Operation Solar Raid .
