Guild Wars 2 Repentance content update arrives on March 11 with new map, weapon, armour set and more

Publisher and developer of globally popular MMORPG Guild Wars 2, ArenaNet, have today shared all the details on the upcoming quarterly expansion content for Janthir Wilds. 

The update called Repentance will be coming on March 11, 2025 and it brings plenty of new content, including new rewards, activities and the most exciting addition, the Mistburned Barrens map.

In addition, there's a new weapon and armour set, a total of six new relics that will provide even more build depth, new Homestead recipes that you can earn by completing achievements and much, much more.

ArenaNet also confirmed that the titan Geer will be added to Janthir Wilds Convergence gameplay mode. A more difficult challenge mode will also be available in Mount Balrior raid, with some of the best rewards in the game.

The Repentance update is as expected free for all players who bought Janthir Wilds expansion. ArenaNet promise a final update in the coming months to wrap up the expansion.
