The Esports scene has never seen a Youtuber make his own team for a tournament as big as the Challenger' s League. On top of that, they have never seen that same team qualify for the semifinals. DisguisedToast and DSG have managed to do exactly that.

The very famous Twitch, Youtube and Facebook streamer DisguisedToast has decided to create his very own Esports team for Riot 's Valorant Challengers League before the start of the Japan Masters tour

He gathered players from all over the world and created the final roster which consists of Joshua Nissan aka steel who previously played for 100 Thieves, Drake Branly aka Exalt who previously played for the Knights, Amgalan Nemekhbayar aka Genghsta who previously played for the Immortals and the Knights, Damion Cook aka XXiF who also played for the Knights and Joseph Allen aka clear from First Gaming.

Their coach is Kyle O'Brien aka OCEAN and he has managed to push the team all the way to the NA Challengers of 2023.

The team went against a very strong competitor, Oxygen Gaming and the two maps that were played were Ascent and Pearl, both of which were won by DSG.

Oxygen's lineup for Pearl consisted of Fade, Killjoy, Sage, Viper and Astra while the Disguised lineup consisted of Fade, Viper, Killjoy, Kay/O and Astra.

And the lineup for Ascent was Breach, Killjoy, Jett, Astra and Sova for Oxygen and Sova, Jett, Killjoy, Kay/O and Omen for DSG.

There were not a lot of differences when it comes down to the team rosters since they picked pretty much the same agents on both sides for both maps with only a few exceptions like Kay/O and Sage on Pearl and Breach and Astra on Oxygen and Kay/O and Omen on DSG on Ascent.

Pearl was an easy win for DSG with a score of 13-4 while they had to put in a bit more elbow grease on Ascent where the score was a very close 13-10.
