Prime Skins may be coming back to VALORANT as reports have stated that Prime 3.0 is in the works. We know that there will be a Sheriff skin according to the reports which can allow you to use this iconic sidearm once again.
Riot have not announced this bundle just yet so take everything with a grain of salt. We will have to see what other weapons and skin upgrades may come with this bundle and how much it could cost.
VALORANT Prime 3.0 Weapons
From what we know Prime 3.0 will have the Sheriff skin. There are no more weapons that have been confirmed from this report.
With the Sheriff being added we could see more weapons added to the Prime collection. In Prime 2.0 we got the Frenzy, Bucky, Phantom and Odin. They also had a melee skin which was the Karambit. We can assume there will be another selection of weapons added to the collection but nothing can be confirmed right now.
It's also possible that they could add another Melee skin, Player card, Sprays and Gun Buddy's.
Prime 3.0 Bundle Price
There is no known price for the Prime 3.0 bundle. From the report there is no mention of the bundle price. Prime 2.0 came out at 7,100 VP for the whole bundle. Each weapon was priced at 1,775 VP and it's melee skin the Karambit was 3,550 VP.
So we can use that as a price range but don't assume that Prime 3.0 will be the same price. It depends on what weapons they add to the collection and what tier it is.
Skin Tier and Upgrades
Prime 2.0 was a Premium Skin Tier and came with Effects, Animation and a Finisher. It also came in different colour variants which were Gold, Green and Orange.
We don't know if Prime 3.0 will have these upgrades and what tier the skins are. Nothing has been confirmed from the report. There are no confirmed official images of the Sheriff skin either. So don't believe any images that are floating around online.
VALORANT Prime 3.0 Release Date
There is no release date for the Prime 3.0 bundle. It has been stated that the bundle is in development but there is no patch or act that it will be released in. We'll just have to wait for more information to come from Riot. Hopefully we can learn more about what weapons will be in the collection and what it will cost.
