The First Berserker: Khazan, the newest Souls-like action RPG from Nexon Corporation, is a really hard game, provided you play it as intended, and it is on the normal difficulty, which we highly recommend.
You'll learn this the hard way, and from no other than the very first boss, Yetuga, located at the end of the first in-game area. Once the game shows you the basic tutorials and mechanics, it will throw you directly into the action against the boss that will probably obliterate you more times than you can count.
If you find yourself in such a situation, do not despair because we've prepared a guide that will show you several tips, as well as the complete video guide on how to defeat this huge monkey relatively easily.
How to defeat Yetuga in The First Berserker: Khazan
The fight against Yetuga is a mix of perfect guards and precisely timed dodges, so in order to defeat this boss, you simply must learn every single one of his attacks, and fortunatelly, they are not so diverse.
The first set of attacks will always be the same: one overhead punch followed by the punch from the other hand. Learn timings and parry those two; it's not hard at all. After parrying those attacks, punish the boss with a light combo, but always keep an eye on your stamina bar.
Keep note that every punch attack can be parried, so use this as much as you can; parrying will eventually stagger the boss and give you the opportunity to punish him even more.
You must be aware of two very dangerous attacks, and they're both executed once the boss creates the distance between you. Those two are plunge attacks, and if you see the wind around his head, you must dodge to the side in the given moment, and then you can punish the boss. Be aware, however, that sometimes Yetuga will leap backwards and then to the front, and that can hurt you a lot—see the video on how to avoid those attacks.
Finally, mid-phase, the boss will dig up a huge iceberg and jump on you with it. This attack can only be parried, so do not try to dodge it, and it will always be followed by the leap grab attack, so as soon as you parry the first, be ready to dodge the second to the side.
Our suggestion is to watch the video we posted above to see all those hints and then some more firsthand. In any case, this game will force you to learn every boss movement, and if you fail to do so, it will be a short trip for you.
