Xur has come back to disappoint us once again, although he does have a somewhat decent sidearm at least.
Destiny 2 players can find Xur in Watcher's Grave on Nessus from January 6 to 10, 2023.
If you are not familiar with the location, just spawn on the aforementioned waypoint and Xur will be directly in front of you, on a branch of a giant tree, as seen in the image below.
Bungie might have to do something about the merchant as his offerings are lacking this week as well.

Of all the items Xur is selling, Brass Attacks is the only one that shows some proper potential and even that is for PvE only.
In the case of Exotics, this is probably the weakest selection we witnessed in a long while, with the roll on Eye of Another World rivalling that of an item pulled from Collections.
