Destiny 2 players can find Xur in Winding Cove, EDZ, this week.
In order to reach him, spawn in the aforementioned landing zone, turn slightly left and go to the ridge that should be right in front of you. There is a fork in the road here so take the path to the right and follow it to the crashed Fallen ship that will be on your left side.
Bungie provided two ways to reach the vendor from there - through the cave beneath the ship or the rocks to the right as you are looking at it, as seen in the image below.

- Pathfinder armour set
As you can see, Xur is selling two sets of Legendary armour this week but we would only recommend getting any of them for transmog purposes since the stat distribution is pretty horrendous on all the pieces.
