Class ascension now available in Black Desert Mobile

Pearl Abyss updated Black Desert Mobile with the long-awaited feature that lets players unlock even more skills. Ascension system is available to all classes in the game.

Black Desert Mobile gets a new World Boss, Nouver

Pearl Abyss treated Black Desert Mobile to another free update, which included a brand new World Boss, Nouver. It is a desert dragon that is apparently not easy to reach as adventurers are said to suffer sandstorms, heatstroke and hypothermia along the way.

EVE Online shooter canceled, another EVE Online shooter announced

Pearly Abyss and CCP Games revealed that Project Nova, a shooter game set in EVE Online universe, has been cancelled after almost half a decade of development. No worries though, another shooter was immediately announced to fill the vacant shoes.

Pearl Abyss' battle royale Shadow Arena getting closed beta in February

Pearl Abyss have officially announced a closed beta test for their battle royale game Shadow Arena. The closed beta will run on Steam from 27 February to 8 March 2020.

Black Desert Mobile gets Field of Valor and Shakatu's shop for a while

Pearl Abyss announced that the new activity, Field of Valor, will be available for a week in case players feel like going up against hordes of enemies with a team of their own. Meanwhille, they will have another opportunity to get quality gear via Shakatu's shop.

Black Desert Online celebrates the Guardian launch with special events

Pearl Abyss are celebrating the release of the Guardian class in Black Desert Online. Starting on 22 January, until 5 February, players will have a chance to claim rewards for levelling their Guardian, take advantage of some special boosts and more.

Black Desert Online was released in 2014 but the newly added Black Desert Mobile seems to have refreshed the game's recurring revenue stream as Pearl Abyss reported impressive milestones such as $1.5 billion in total revenue and huge mobile install base.

Pearl Abyss have shared Black Desert Online roadmap for the first part of 2020. In just two days, the Guardian class will finally arrive while Guardian Awakening has been set for early February.

Guild War - the new PvP mode has been introduced to Black Desert Mobile via the latest content update. The new mode, as well as the updated Ancient Ruins, are currently live in-game. Ancient Ruins' maximum difficulty settings have been increased.

Black Desert Mobile - Node War pre-season now live

Black Desert Mobile's Node War has entered its pre-season. The new mode will see the game's guilds going head to head in order to claim Nodes peppered around the map. The victorious team will enjoy substantial sums of silver that will be collected as tax.

Black Desert Mobile pre-downloads start on 9 December

Black Desert Mobile will be available for pre-download on iOS and Android on 9 December. Players who take advantage of the pre-download will be able to choose their Family Name and customize their characters before the game fully launches. Pearl Abyss will be holding Facebook events around the release date and giving away special in-game items.
