The second boss in Wo Long Fallen Dynasty is a monkey-looking creature that you will encounter in the game's second level. Every boss encounter in Koei Tecmo 's newest action RPG will put your gaming skills to the test, and each one will be unique and require a distinct approach and strategy.
To beat Zhuyan, you will have to prepare in two different ways. First, you must build enough morale to face this formidable foe, and second, you must learn the patterns of his attacks, especially the red attack, which will cost you half your health if you don't deflect it perfectly.

How to beat Zhuyan
The harvesting of moral points will be the initial stage of preparation for this fight. Even if you kill every enemy and discover every flag in this level, which isn't difficult because all flags are in obvious places, you'll still be a few levels below your opponent. It's time to even the odds and boost some morale.
The ideal area to farm morale points is right before you open the door to Zhuyan's arena. Instead of walking through the door, turn around and kick the ladder on the right. This will take you to a flag near the start of the level. Rest on the flag to respawn three enemies with extremely low morale immediately below the flag. Kill them and go back to the flag. Rest on the flag and continue the process until your moral level reaches the necessary level.

It's time to confront Zhuyan. This boss is a massive creature with incredibly large hands, which will serve as his primary weapon. Zhuyan is not difficult to defeat if you know what to do. Wait for him to start attacking you with his hands, and then hold the block. Don't worry, your stamina will last until he completes his attacking sequence. As soon as he's done hitting you, you may start attacking.
Be patient and use timed attacks; once he begins to attack you, defend yourself. He will use the unblockable attack a couple of times. If you correctly deflect those attacks, he will be stunned, allowing you to perform the spiritual attack, which will severely damage him.

If possible, attempt to divert his attention to your partner before attacking him from behind. Your companion in this fight can be quite useful, so if he falls, revive him since this fight would be much more difficult to win without him.
