"How Can I Help You?" is one of Atomic Heart's missable trophies. It can be unlocked at the very beginning of the game, but if you don't know where to do so, you will have to begin a new playthrough just to unlock it.
Atomic Heart , the latest RPG-based shooter from Mundfish , has had some serious trophy-related issues since it was released. The trophy counters usually don't work, resulting in unlocking the trophies that should not be unlocked and not unlocking the trophies that should pop up.
The players, particularly the trophy hunters, are really frustrated, and the developers are working hard to solve the problem, but it appears they are not doing a very good job so far.

How to unlock "How Can I Help You?" trophy
When you first take control of Agent P-3 in Atomic Heart, you will be presented with the truly beautiful and colourful city of Chelomey, where humans and robots coexist peacefully. Enjoy your time in this beautiful setting for as long as you can, because it won't last long.
Atomic Heart does feature open-world-related gameplay, but some parts of the game will be linear, meaning they will only be accessible during certain missions, and once that mission is done, you will not be able to return to those parts after the game is finished.

To obtain the "How Can I Help You?" trophy, locate the phone boot inside Chelomey's opening section and make a prank call to the call service. The procedure is fully automated, and all you have to do is open the door. The phone boot is placed behind the "Doc" robot, just across from Tereshkova and the level's first door.
