The newest action horror from Capcom, Resident Evil: Requiem, will work very hard to scare you to the bones, and we must confess, it manages just fine in doing that. The game will let you know from the very beginning that it doesn't joke around; if you were craving a good horror, there you have it.
During the second section with Grace, once she gets captured, you'll immediately see how scary this game can be, and also, you'll be prompted to solve an environmental puzzle while trying to keep your head up on your shoulders, literally.
This section of the game will require you to leave the room inside Care Centre where Grace is being held, and you'll have to figure out how to do it. If you feel stuck in this area and don't know what to do, in this guide, we will show you how to survive this opening area with Grace.
Escaping the Care Centre and the Fusebox Puzzle Solution
Once Grace manages to free herself from a hospital bed, you'll get control of her. After investigating the room, you'll be able to move out into the hallway. Do not wander around just yet because, due to the electricity outage, you won't be able to see a thing inside any of the available rooms.
Follow the hallway with the red light and the horse statue, and keep going until you reach the end of the hallway. Here, you can interact with the drawer and take the key located inside. Use this key to open Room 201. Here you'll find the save point and the lighter, and you'll see the missing fuse, but it's locked behind glass and can be unlocked with a screwdriver, which, of course, you'll have to find.
If you read the text inside the locker in room 202 (can be explored with the help of the lighter), you'll see that the screwdriver can be found inside the Nurses' Station, within the toolbox. Open the map and make your way to the Nurses' Station, where a very scary cutscene awaits.
After the cutscene, you'll be chased by a monster, so keep running towards the safe room. Somewhere midway, the monster will drop from the ceiling, so run back towards the Nurses' Station again. This time, you'll be able to enter it, but the monster will keep chasing you.
Hide under the table, turn the lighter off, and wait for the monster to leave. Inside the Nurses' Station, you'll be able to interact with the cart and bring it closer to a wall with a shelf. On the shelf is the toolbox. However, once you start pushing the cart, some stuff will fall off it, and that will attract the monster again.
Once you see the monster through the glass, return under the table and wait for it to do its thing and leave the room again. Now, bring the cart close to the wall, pick up the toolbox, and take the screwdriver from it. Exit the room and keep going towards the safe room.
You'll get cut out by the monster again and again, run back to the Nurses' Station and escape through the door the monster just broke. Make your way to the safe room and take the fuse using the screwdriver. This will trigger the cutscene, and after it, you'll be forced to run again. Run towards the fusebox, and once you interact with it, it will trigger the new cutscene, and this section will be over.
