EA and DICE have revealed Battlefield 6 patch 1.2.1.5 coming March 3. This update focuses on stability, quality-of-life updates, and bug fixes for various game modes.
The Battlefield Communications Team said this patch will focus on making the front-end run more smoothly. Players have experienced gameplay problems lately that negatively affected their experience.
Game Performance Enhancements
General stability continues to be a major area of focus for 1.2.1.5. Additional preventative measures have been added to help eliminate unexpected crashes.
Front-end performance has also been addressed to provide users with a more seamless experience. No technical details were given, but we should see some snappier menu and transition interactions as a result.
Previously Missing Store Items Restored
Missing store items will be restored to players who were affected by this issue. These are the bundles that are affected:
- Bountiful Harvest
- Pax Vanguard
- Devil Dogs
If you purchased one of these bundles and found you couldn’t access some of the items, they should now appear properly in your inventory once the patch downloads.
Gameplay and Mode-Specific Fixes
Several gameplay-related fixes are included in the patch:
- Spawn point logic now includes an extra out-of-combat zone check to eliminate unwanted spawns.
- Fixed an issue with the Battle Pass where rewards on your active path were showing “description here” or a blank icon.
- Fixed an issue in Battle Royale Duos where pings were not showing up in the elimination feed.
- Tracking Pulse Recontrait from REDSEC now requires players to intentionally destroy a deployable gadget to trigger the trap.
