Luka "Perkz" Perković is one of the best midlaners Europe has had in League of Legends, on account of getting G2 all the way from obscurity to the top of the regional rankings and on the rare occasion, international rankings, making it one of the only two Western team to ever win an international event.
That wasn't enough for the then-owner of the team, Carlos, to let him go where he wanted once G2 and Perkz parted ways, which ended up with the Croatian midlaner going overseas for a year.
Upon return to Europe via Vitality, the hopes were high but didn't pan out as the team failed to qualify for worlds and now the two are about to part ways.
The almost official news came from Blix, the outlet with a good track record when it comes to insider info in LEC, but the actual leak happened a week prior, through none other than Jankos.
At this rate, he could run a protection racket in LEC, to avoid leaking roster changes if the teams pay him enough.
Meanwhile, Team Vitality is promoting Kacper "Daglas" Dagiel from the academy team to the main roster to fill the void, which hints the next LEC season will be about young rosters since the newcomers Kameto Corp will also put their hopes in a young prodigy, Caliste, as soon as he becomes 18.
Preseason hasn't started yet but if the juicy news are anything to go by thus far, it will be quite the period for European teams.
