Not only are we seeing changes to champions with this League of Legends patch but some items are being changed as well. We can see Hubris, Bastion Breaker, Gluttonous Greaves and Dawncore all in the preview. Some of these will be buffed while others are nerfed or simply changed, Riot stated.
Locke, Varus, Taric, Twisted Fate and Zaahen also have some changes coming. More champions to be buffed/nerfed in an already long list of 11 buffs and 10 nerfs.
Bastion Breaker Will Be Receiving A Big Buff
As mentioned above Bastion Breaker is another item we see in the preview with a big buff to its Sabotage duration. This will increase its duration to near infinite. We are not given the numbers behind this change so there may be some stipulations. When we see the full patch notes we can assume how long it will last and what other changes may come with it.
Hubris Will Have Different Changes For Melee And Ranged
Hubris will also be seeing a change but this time we can assume it will be separated for melee and ranged. Which leads us to believe Riot wants to make sure both types of champions benefit from the item. We are not shown the stats behind this change either. So its hard to tell who will benefit the most from this change.
Dawncore Buffed And Gluttonous Greaves Nerfed
As we saw above Dawncore will be seeing a buff and Gluttonous Greaves a nerf. Again we don't know the stats so its hard to say who will benefit from these changes. We will have to wait until the full patch notes are released to see what effects these will have on the meta.
