Grand Theft Auto 6 release date has been a major talking point among the GTA fans for quite a while and while the official information is pretty much non-existent, rumours and leaks have been swirling around lately, fueling the speculation even further.
The latest rumour comes from Twitter user Budz, who covers everything related to Rockstar Games. This person claims that according to his information, GTA 6 could release in November 2024, which is a bit sooner than GTA fans probably expect.
Furthermore, the Twitter user claims that Rockstar Games could officially reveal GTA 6 later this year, potentially at The Game Awards 2023. But as always with leaks and rumours, you should take this information with the grain of salt.
While it's certainly possible that the reveal could be coming later this year and that GTA 6 release date is set for next year, we suggest you wait for more concrete information from trusted games industry sources before getting all excited.
We already had some rumours about GTA 6 before, which revealed that the release date is currently scheduled for late 2024 or early 2025, which is more likely as games get delayed all the time nowadays.
Another solid proof of the late 2024 / early 2025 release date is Rockstar's information from the recent financial report. The publisher stated that in the period between April 2024 and March 2025, they will "launch several groundbreaking titles that will set standards in games industry".
If one of these groundbreaking titles isn't GTA 6, we'll be very surprised.
