Elden Ring: Nightreign Patch 1.01.3 is what the new kids would probably call "mid", but there are a couple of notable things here, especially regarding bug fixes and stability improvements.

FromSoftware has released a new update for Elden Ring: Nightreign, bringing balance changes and bug fixes across all platforms, including PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam. Patch Version 1.01.3 focuses on improving stability and addressing several gameplay issues that affected combat, items, and multiplayer.

It's not the biggest or most important update that Elden Ring: Nightreign received since launch, but From Software and Bandai Namco are slowly improving the game and will continue to do so in the coming months, according to their own patch notes here.
