Polish studio Bloober Team have released a statement on their social media channels to reiterate that the development of Silent Hill 2 Remake is progressing according to plans but that any potential trailer reveal is not in their hands.
The studio were pretty clear that it's up to publisher Konami to share more information about the game and that the wait will be worthwhile. We are not exactly sure what was the main point of the statement since it doesn't provide any key important details. It could be the case of simply clarifying that they don't control when this highly anticipated horror title will be shown again.
Anyway, below, you can read Bloober Team's statement in full.

Silent Hill 2 Remake is currently in development for PC and PlayStation 5. It does not have a release date at the moment but if we had to guess, we would say it's probably coming sometime in 2024.
The Xbox Series X|S version is yet to be officially announced but it could launch after the PlayStation 5 console exclusivity period expires. Such deals usually last from six months to a year.
