Guild Wars 2 update nerfs Holosmiths and elusive Thieves

ArenaNet rolled out a balance patch that nerfed some of the most annoying classes in Guild Wars 2 PvP, such as the Holosmith Engineers and Thieves who are generally hard to hit.
