The wait for the DLC pack in Treachery in Beatdown City is coming to an end soon as it now has a release date.
NuChallenger announced during the NY Game Awards that Treachery in Beatdown City is set to release on Xbox consoles on April 27, 2023, which will be the first for the platform.
Alongside that, the Ultra Remix update will kick in for all platforms, including PC and Switch, bringing eight new maps, over 80 new enemies that range from preppy cyclists over affluent punks and fascist cops to ninja terrorists.
All of them will feature new attack moves and defence gameplay mechanics. The additions will be accompanied by more new music to keep things fresh.
Existing owners of Treachery in Beatdown City will get the update at no extra cost.
For those not in the know, Treachery in Beatdown City is a mashup of sidescrolling beat 'em up and turn-based RPG where players take control of the three everyday heroes with unique combat abilities.
In the spirit of the old-school games with barely any semblance of a story, we are in it to save the president, Blake Orama. At least it's not just "president Ronnie".
