Mistfall Hunter has reached 1 million players, with Solo Mode arriving in September, roadmap updates, launch rewards, and a new stability patch detailed.

Bellring Games’ Mistfall Hunter hit a huge milestone just days after launch, with developer confirming that over 1 million players have now entered the fantasy action RPG.

To celebrate, the studio revealed free in-game rewards while also unveiling its post-launch roadmap for Mistfall Hunter, confirming one of the community’s biggest requests is on the way.

Players who login before August 12 at 12: 00 UTC will receive a reward package including Standing Pose: Spellcasting, Moonlight Nectar x5, Pro Combat Bag x1, and Advanced Combat Bag x1 in-game mailbox.

Among the biggest announcements coming from the roadmap is the addition of Solo Mode for Brandrgarde. Following notable community feedback since launch, Bellring Games confirmed that solo matchmaking will arrive for Normal and Cataclysm difficulties sometime in the middle of Season 1 this September.

Developer comments within the roadmap reveal they are aware solo queues will create additional matchmaking and balance obstacles by further dividing the playerbase across more game modes. With that said, the team says they will continue to monitor queue health and class balance before making further changes going forward.

Additional updates are coming in the near-term as well. An August 6 client patch will increase drop rates for Dried Flower Knots while also unlocking more challenges with the Einherjar Mist Lords. Stability improvements and fixes are also expected based off player feedback since launch, with full patch notes to be released alongside the update.

Bellring Games also confirmed it is investigating reports of stuttering / latency within the game. No timeframe has been given for a fix but says they will provide more details as they become available.

With over 1 million players already flocking to Mistfall Hunter just days after launch and new gameplay features on the way over the next few weeks, it’s clear Bellring Games wants to continue expanding upon its content while listening to the community about technical issues.
