LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight features a fully customisable Batcave, vehicles, trophies, and even a playable LEGO Batman game inside.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight isn’t messing around with the Dark Knight’s place of business. TT Games wants to provide players with one of the most comprehensive Batcaves we’ve ever seen in a Batman game.

You won’t receive it completely stocked from the get-go but rather you will piece it together as you move through the story. Your Batcave starts off as quite literally just a cave with bats.

As Batman grows in notoriety throughout Gotham City, you’ll watch his headquarters transform into something truly special filled with gadgets, upgrades, and lots of loot.

A Fully Customisable Batcave Experience

Your Batcave will serve as your home base to store your suits, vehicles, and trophies. You’ll also be able to store away memorabilia from bosses you defeat as you progress through the story.

There are tons of options to customise your cave down to the furniture and equipment placement. Want to make your Batcomputer truly stand out? You’ll be able to customise multiple screens, data displays, and visual effects.

Though you’ll spend plenty of time upgrading your Batcave there will be some distractions. Looking to unwind? You can play on a built-in pinball machine. Want to relive the glory days? There’s even a playable version of LEGO Batman: The Videogame located in the game.

You can also expect the open-world of Gotham City to shine a hefty focus on vehicle gameplay. Players will be able to drive, race, and drift through the streets, while engaging in combat with enemies.

Vehicle sections won’t feel as bloated as other vehicle-centric Batman games. LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight releases May 22, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. A Nintendo Switch 2 version will release at a later date.
