Destiny 2 players can find Xur in Winding Cove, EDZ, this week.
If you are not familiar with the location, Bungie hid him next to the crashed Fallen ship in the area. To reach it, spawn in the aforementioned zone and go towards the ridge on your left that splits the road into two.
Take the path to the right to reach the ship and then either crawl through the tunnel underneath it or climb the rocks to your right.

Recommendations
Hawkmoon has a pretty good PvP roll so if you forgot to pick one last week, this is not a bad alternative.
Similarly, Recurrent Impact machine gun is fit for PvP due to the Tap the Trigger perk which lets you keep the quick lead spitter on your target.
Titans can pick up a pretty good helmet from Xur and really good chest and boots. All of them feature high stat totals but the latter two have minimal Mobility which is perfect for the punchy crew.
Warlocks have decent chest and leg armour pieces, with six Mobility on each of them and high stat totals overall.
Hunters can pick up a whole set because they value all stats and these stat totals are all above 60.
