An exceptionally vital, if not pivotal, aspect of Skye Tales, the newest adventure by 4J Studios, revolves around tackling the challenges presented by each map.
These challenges can be categorised as anything from exceedingly straightforward ones to those that you might manage to solve through what one might call sheer luck.
An example of such a challenge is located within the second map of Raina Falls and is titled Rainbow Runner. Here, you'll be tasked with creating a rainbow without any accompanying instructions on how to achieve it. If you're uncertain about the process, we've prepared a guide to assist you.
How to make a rainbow in Raina Falls
Upon examining the scrapbook challenges within the Raina Falls level, you'll come across a task that requires you to craft a rainbow. However, a guide on how to accomplish this is not provided. If you were under the impression that manipulating light and using numerous empty bottles—of which there are quite a few in this level—would be the solution, we must inform you that was also our initial assumption. However, we were mistaken, as the answer to this puzzle is significantly more straightforward.
To conquer this challenge, navigate to the designated area on the map, as indicated in the image above. You'll come across two floating platforms adorned with sparkling confetti-like particles emanating from the ground.
Once you arrive at the specified location, execute a dash manoeuvre onto one of the platforms. This action will trigger the formation of a rainbow, leading to the unlocking of the Rainbow Runner challenge.
