A lot of guides and articles suggest the proper solution to the "The content is currently unavailable. Please try again later" error to be either restarting the game or playing one more match and trying again, there is an easier way!

Rainbow Six Siege has been presenting its players with the same exact Alpha Pack error for over a year now (even now in Year 7 Season 3 ). Ubisoft has not addressed this issue but do not worry, we have a solution.

While restarting would work for most games and scenarios, it has shown to be ineffective against this bug. The proper way to deal with the "The content is currently unavailable. Please try again later" error is way simpler and quicker than you might think.

The error tends to occur with Alpha Packs that have been redeemed through the Battlepass and the quickest and most consistent way to fix the error (once the error has been encountered) is to head over to the main menu and go to the "Battlepass" tab.

Once the player opens the Battlepass tab, the animation of the Battlepass levelling through tiers will start playing. It is important to let the animation play completely.

Once the animation finishes, the player may go back into the Alpha Pack tab and try again. This time around, the Alpha Pack will not show any errors and will grant the player their reward.

Attempting to do this fix while queueing for a match might not work. If you queue for a match while attempting the fix, the game will give you the error and once the match is done, it will notify you of the item that the pack carried. You will no longer have the pack in your inventory but you will have the item.
