Behaviour have taken the opportunity to introduce jumpscares into Dead by Daylight and they did that through the Doctor. His doubles will without a doubt terrorize survivors even more with this build.
The Doctor is debated to be one of the more obnoxious killers to play against mainly due to his ability to interrupt and harass survivors in everything they are doing without him even being there. This loadout will utilize his power to the max and ensure a simple win.
Perk Loadout
Jolt
When the killer puts a survivor into the dying state with a basic attack, all generators within 32 metres of the killer instantly explode and start regressing.
This perk is mainly here to make the players slightly annoyed due to the continuous stops in the progress of generators since the Doctor makes them constantly scream, stopping the progress even without having to hit them.
Save the Best for Last
Save the Best for Last is the Shape's unique perk and it plays around the obsession. Whenever the killer hits a survivor that is not the obsession, they gain 1 token, capping at 8. Every token gives you a 5% cooldown reduction, hitting the obsessions decreases the token number by 4/3/2 based on the level of the perk. Sacrificing the obsession deactivates the perk.
This perk gives the Doctor an extra push it needs given that his hit range and movement speed are slightly lower than that of the average killer.
Discordance
Any generator within a range of 128 metres that is being repaired by 2 or more survivors is marked by a yellow aura. When the Generator is first highlighted, Discordance triggers a loud noise notification on the generator. After the Generator is no longer within range or is being repaired by just 1 Survivor, the highlighted aura will linger for another 4 seconds.
This gives the Doctor an idea of where he should release his shock blast and what generators to pressure more in case the survivors try to gen-rush.
Merciless Storm
Whenever a generator is repaired to 90%, survivors repairing it are faced with continuous skill checks. If they miss one or stop repairing, the generator becomes blocked for 20 seconds. Merciless Storm can only trigger once per generator per trial.
Merciless Storm pairs insanely well with the Doctor's passive where he makes the survivors scream with madness. If a survivor screams while Merciless Storm is active, the generator will get locked.
Add-ons
The ideal add-ons for the Doctor are Discipline - Carter's Notes (Cast time decreased) and High Stimulus Electrode (Shock ability range increased)
