Behaviour took to Twitter to announce the new Alien chapter and then they went over to Youtube to interview no other than Ikumi Nakamura about the brand new skin line that was launched on Dead by Daylight, Artists from the Fog.
Players who launched the game on August 3 have been met with a slightly different menu than usual. The menu was decorated with balloons and a barbecue in the background along with generators that have been redesigned to look like slushy machines.
Dead by Daylight veterans were quick to realise that the event in question is the Scorching Barbecue event that first went live back in 2018 and has since then been making its annual returns.
Unlike the Lunar Year and Christmas events, the Scorching Barbecue event does not require the players to do anything outside their standard gameplay of doing generators, unhooking teammates and winning chases.
The event is set to last from August 3 till August 17 and it features a full skin set for Jake Park and the Clown along with 4 themed charms.
While there are no additional quests or missions that survivors and killers have to take part in, the maps will still be decorated with themed generators and hooks where the generators look like slushy machines and hooks have "BBQ" balloons attached to them.
