"Zombie Army Trilogy marches onto Nintendo Switch tomorrow, March 31st, and your mission is to take down Hitler and his Nazi undead hordes – from the comfort of your home", the dev wrote in the announcement.
If you're anxious to hop aboard the zombie-killing train, you should know that buying Zombie Army Trilogy before the official launch tomorrow entitles you to a 15 per cent discount, so yeah - early bird catches the worm.
As for the contents, Zombie Army Trilogy comes with everything that's been released on consoles. We're talking about three story campaigns, which should give you plenty of challenges, as well as the Horde Mode gauntlet.
All the modes are playable in singleplayer or in Zombie Army Trilogy's "drop-in, drop-out" co-op that supports up to 4 players at a time.
"On Nintendo Switch, Zombie Army Trilogy offers brand new features including local wireless co-op, motion controls, Pro Controller and HD Rumble support. Zombie Army Trilogy also supports Nintendo Switch's new friend invite system", the dev added.
To be fair, the timing couldn't have been more perfect and if you're a fan of Rebellion's action-packed, zombie-demolishing franchise, you should be loving Zombie Army Trilogy, especially in its most portable version up to date.
Rebellion reminded that Zombie Army franchise has so far sold 4 million copies, although that will have little bearing on how the series does on Nintendo's little guy. The trailer definitely promises a whole lotta action so it might be wise to take Rebellion up on their discount while it lasts.
