After a long period of time, it finally looks like the legendary Red Dead Redemption game may make its way to PC soon. This information is based on a surprising discovery on the PlayStation Network. It seems Red Dead Redemption would finally come to PC after 15 years of waiting. Also, Rockstar Games has never given any official release information regarding the Red Dead Redemption coming on PC.
Now, an extremely interesting hint has been noticed in the PlayStation Store, where a tagline surprisingly says that Red Dead Redemption is "now on PC for the very first time." Gamers are freaking out with speculations at this reference. They are now wondering it it was just an error, or is this something leaking from a much-anticipated PC version.
A possible slip has been detected by Wario64, a well-known gaming influencer, who shared on social media an image of the listing page. In the image, quite visibly shown is the game's description with the first line proudly stating that this classic Western adventure is now available on PC.
The description goes on to say this version of the game is a PC port of the 2023 "upgraded" release, complete with enhancements exclusively made for the platform-which include improved framerates and multi-display support, making this seem less and less like a simple typo.
Additionally, the page confirms there won't be any multiplayer content for its PC version. It does, however, come with all the bonus content from the Game of the Year Edition, making for a pretty rich single-player experience.
Whether this makes for an early leak or just a simple editing error, it has really given many hopes to the fans out there who have been waiting so long for the PC version of Red Dead Redemption. All eyes are on Rockstar Games now to make the news official.
