One sparrow that's not seen that often has resurfaced in Destiny 2, so to speak, after players found a way to farm it properly, along with other loot.
Destiny 2 : Forsaken expansion is getting vaulted soon, meaning a lot of the content is not going to be available when The Witch Queen expansion launches. It's mostly content related to The Tangled Shore zone, including the campaign missions where we say our farewells to a beloved Exo.
Before that happens, you might want to grab associated loot, including Cayde-6's sparrow, The Gambler's Palm, which is mostly rare because many players are not even aware of its existence. Those who do seek it will normally get advised to farm Spider's bounties or The Hallowed Lair but some players found a way to farm the sparrow and some cosmetics more reliably.
The two ways of farming the loot are within the story campaign so if you progressed through it with all of your characters, you will need to delete one and make another. As soon as you're done with the initial Cosmodrome tutorial and able to use the Director, start the Forsaken campaign and progress until you reach either The Mad Bomber or Nothing Left to Say mission.
If you're farming the bomber, just kill him, collect the loot and leave to orbit as soon as possible so the game doesn't register the completion. From that point onward, it's just rinse and repeat until you get the sparrow. You shouldn't delete the loot he drops because the bomber will not drop duplicates, so whenever you don't get the sparrow, the loot pool will shrink and you will have a higher chance to obtain it on the next run.
In the case of Nothing Left to Say, you will have a similar process. Kill the baron and grab the loot but instead of going to orbit, just open the director and relaunch the mission. This way will save a checkpoint before the baron fight so you don't have to do the rest of the mission first.
Either way, there is a time limit for obtaining this loot because it will go away in February 2022, when the next expansion comes around.
