In League of Legends patch 14.10, Riot announced that they will remove, change and introduce a solid number of new Runes. If you wish to know which Runes have been removed, you can find them here.
This upcoming LoL Patch 14.10 marks the midseason update for the game, that begins with the end of League of Legends Ranked Split 1, while the Ranked Split 2 starts just 12 hours later. Players can expect a lot of changes coming with this patch.
In this article, we will cover all the new Runes coming to the game: Jack of all Trades, Absorb Life, Cash Back and Legend: Haste.
Jack of all Trades
Jack of all Trades is a new Rune that will replace the Minion Dematerializer. This Rune will fill Rune Slot 3, while Time Warp Tonic moves to Slot 2. This Rune is particularly good for ADC and mid lane champions, as it gives Adaptive Force and Ability Haste.
Jack of all Trades will provide the following:
- For each different stat gained from items, get one Jack stack. Each stack grants you 1 Ability Haste
- At 5 and 10 stacks - gain bonus Adaptive Force
Absorb Life
Absorb Life will replace the Overheal Rune and will belong to the Precision Rune tree. The Rune will activate when players kill champions while healing in the process. This is a great late game Rune, and is especially good for Junglers.
Absorb Life effect:
- Killing targets (champions, minions, jungle camps) heals players for 2 – 17 (based on level) health
Legend: Haste
This Runes comes in the place of Legend: Tenacity. This Rune provides players with Ability Haste. Like Jack of all Trades, this Rune will be good on ADC champions as well.
Legend: Haste effects:
- Players can get maximum of 15 Ability Haste from this Rune
- Get 1.5 Ability Haste for every Legend Stack (max 10 stacks)
Cash Back
In the end, we have the new Cash Back Rune that comes to swap the Future's Market Rune. Buying more expensive items gives you 6% of the gold back to your pockets. This Rune is good for every role in the game.
Cash Back effect:
- Earn 6% Gold back when you purchase Legendary items
