Recently, Riot Games have taken to a new practice, one where they give a League of Legends champion a mini rework and call it a mid-scope update. Well, whatever floats their boat, as long as the reworks are as effective as the ones done recently on Swain, Taliyah, and Olaf.
The champions, that are receiving the next mid-scope update is Neeko, with Dr. Mundo also receiving significant changes on the PBE.
After them, however, Jax and Rell are getting a mid-scope update, which is set to be released sometime next year.
"We now have midscope updates in flight for Jax and Rell! I'm helping get Jax out the door w/@ExasperatedDan and @RiotRaptorr is working on Rell! No release dates to share yet. Will keep you updated.
Also, we haven't forgotten about Neeko. She'll be ready early next year."
He then goes on to add that the expectation setting for Jax will make his changes on the small side and focused on his ultimate.
On the other hand, we have not been given any information on what kind of changes we can expect to see in Rell. With what they did to Syndra, though, we can hope that Rell also gets revitalized as a champion.
