As soon as the quote "The Glory of Demacia will never fade" popped up, there was only a handful of champions who were the possible candidates but the solution for this one is likely everyone's first guess - Garen, the Might of Demacia.
The spin-to-win enthusiast constantly keeps yapping about Demacia and often yells the city's name when using his abilities so the guess wasn't too hard as he is easily the least subtle champion Riot Games designed thus far.
As for the Classic riddle, we suspect it was an easy one for the veterans as well. The clues provided are:

The ability riddle was pretty easy too, showing a man in a long coat, with raven wings sprouting behind him and the solution could be no one other than the creepy birdguy Swain. It's in his R slot.
Finally, there is the splash art that shows big fluffy arms so the usual suspect here would be Nunu, who is the correct answer as well.
