Kirby is celebrating his 25th anniversary in 2017, and to celebrate, Nintendo will be releasing three Kirby games for their 3DS system. The second game is coming next week, on 06 July.
As it was previously announced, Kirby's 25th anniversary will see three Kirby games on 3DS. One of the three was just an upgraded, standalone release of a mini-game included in Triple Deluxe. The second game is named Blowout Blast and that's what we're talking about today.
The details about Blowout Blast are few and far between, but we do know that is is set in a 3D world and that it's a platformer. The game will be available on 06 July.
The pink blob that shares his appetite and body-shape with me will still be vacuuming up his enemies, but there will be a slight twist on the usual formula. Instead of having Kirby absorb his enemies' abilities, he'll be able to spit them out in order to launch a "Blaster Bullet". The bullet destroys other enemies.
There will be north of 25 stages, and the more Kirby inhales, the more powerful his Blaster Bullet becomes. The Blaster Bullet can become so forceful it can grant Kirby the ability to wipe out entire rows of enemies with a single burst.

The trailer was released on Nintendo's Japanese YouTube channel, and there seems to be Amiibo support visible briefly at the end of the trailer. The game's web page confirmed Amiibo support. Using a Kirby Amiibo will add a new statue in the game's plaza. The new statue will be able to change the music that plays in the background.
The third Kirby game mentioned is another 3DS multiplayer-action game that is set to come out this holiday season. Check out Kirby's Blowout Blast right .
