Genshin Impact Version 4.5 Leaks reveal new festival event, Dendro character and more

While fans of this RPG are still busy with Patch 4.4 and the Lunar Rite festival, a very reliable source from the Genshin Impact community, Plum Team Leaks has leaked that the upcoming version 4.5 will feature a Mondstadt Festival as the flagship event.

Before we dive further into details you should know that as with any Genshin Impact leak, things are always subject to change because developer HoYoverse have a history of pivoting from time to time. 

That being said, while this leak doesn't confirm the return of Weinlesefest or Windblume Festival, the claim that this Flagship Event will be set in Mondstadt aligns with the previous leaks that claimed Albedo is getting a rerun.

What to expect from Genshin Impact Version 4.5?

You can expect to see the following according to the leaks:

• Mondstadt Festival as the Flagship Event
• A new 4-Star Mondstadt character
• Release of Dahlia as the Deacon of the Church of Favonius

The entire focus of this version will be on the Mondstadt Festival according to the leaks, which implies that Dahlia the rumored character will be released in 4.5. This caused the Genshin Impact player community to divide into two groups with one thinking that Dahlia will be Mondstadt's first Dendro character while the other group believes Dahlia will be a Hydro Catalyst.

What makes these leaks plausible is that a Mondstadt Festival would be the best way for HoYoverse to release and introduce the new Deacon to the players.
