Rosaria is one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin Impact and her most recent leaks generated even more hype around this Cryo character. She became a fan-favourite since her first appearance during the Dragonspine events after Albedo's release in the 1.2 update. She is also a member of the Church of Favnonious in Mondstadt.
Thanks to Honey Hunter World, we already know most of Rosaria's stats, along with her ascension materials. Rosaria's Elemental Burst is called Last Rides and it has two parts. It allows her to slash nearby opponents before striking them with an ice lance that deals Cryo damage. Her Elemental Skill is called Ravaging Confession and it allows her to appear behind an enemy target and cut them down with her polearm, applying Cryo damage.

If Venti gets a re-run during the Monstadt Festival, she will most likely join him as the new four-star character. Mihoyo's last four-star character was Xinyan released alongside five-star Zhongli many banners ago.
There is no official information about her release date but it's safe to say that she's going to be a part of the upcoming 1.4 update. Considering that we miHoYo confirmed that Hu Tao's banner is the last one of the 1.3 of update, there could be a chance that Rosaria gets included in the first cycle of 1.4.
