A most recent tweet from a popular Genshin Impact leaker showed a short video of the game's upcoming four-star character - Rosaria. Her release date isn't confirmed but there is a chance that she will be a part of the 1.4 update.
Rosaria is one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin Impact and her most recent leaks generated even more hype around this Cryo character. She made her first appearance in the game during the Dragonspine events after Albedo's release in the 1.2 update. She is also a member of the Church of Favnonious in Mondstadt.
After revealing Hu Tao's animations earlier this day, a popular Genshin Impact leaker called NEP NEP, we can see what Rosaria's attack animations will look like.
Thanks to Honey Hunter World , we already know most of Rosaria's stats, as well as her ascension materials - her talent materials will be the Ballad books. Her Elemental Skill is called Ravaging Confession and it allows her to appear behind an enemy target and cut them down with her polearm, applying Cryo damage.
Rosaria's Elemental Burst is called Last Rides and as you can see above, it has two parts. It allows her to slash nearby opponents before striking them with an ice lance that deals Cryo damage.

When it comes to her release date, there are no official information or leaks but many fans predict that she will be a part of the 1.4 update. If Venti gets a banner re-run, she could be attached as one of the four-star characters.
We don't expect her to be a part of the Hu Tao banner considering that Chongyun is pretty much locked for that because he shares to same talent ascension materials as Hu Tao. Since he and Rosaria share the same element, this means that she has to appear on another cycle and the Venti banner seems like a perfect fit.
