Destiny 2 players can find Xur in Winding Cove, EDZ, this week.
If you are not familiar with the location, Bungie hid him next to the crashed Fallen ship in the area. To reach it, spawn in the aforementioned zone and go towards the ridge on your left that splits the road into two.
Take the path to the right to reach the ship and then either crawl through the tunnel underneath it or climb the rocks to your right.

Recommendations
True Prophecy rolled with Overflow and Timed Payload, making it one of the best 120 RPM hand cannons for both PvE and PvP. If you don't have a similar roll, it is well worth picking up.
Hallowfire Heart has a pretty good roll with low Mobility but since the nerfs hit it fairly hard, it is debatable how useful the armour piece is right now. Still, since the roll is good, it might be a good idea to pick it up and let it collect dust in the vault until it gets buffed.
