Baldur's Gate 3 has some wonky and powerful weapons but the jury is still out on whether the Watcher Greatsword is supposed to be equippable at all.
In any case, there is currently one available in the game and with a trick or two, you can wield the oversized weapon while hacking through your enemies.
Keep in mind that going for this sword will make you irreversibly hostile to Enver Gortash so make sure you wrap up with him before doing it.
Watcher Greatsword is found in the Steel Watch Foundry, in the western part of Baldur's Gate. Entering the area is prohibited and if you don't want to aggro every Steel Watch automaton around, you may want to go invisible with the character with the highest Strength stat on the team.
The sword is inside the foundry and the exact coordinates are X: -287, Y: -166. This means going to the left if you access through the main door or right next to you if you chose the side entrance. The greatsword will be leaning against the foundry's wall.
In order to pick it up, you will need 20 or more Strength, which will also come in handy to deal with the sword's immense weight.
Equipping it is also quite tricky. For the time being, the sword can't be equipped in a normal way. Instead, you have to click and hold the melee weapon you have equipped currently and then drag it to the Watcher Greatsword in your inventory.
While the sword features massive damage, its clunkiness will probably make it get old quickly so make sure you have Balduran's Greatsword somewhere on hand.
