Removing Traits in Starfield
You can remove traits in Starfield if you change your mind about your character's abilities. Most traits can be surgically removed at 'Reliant Medical' surgery centers. Some unique gameplay scenarios may also allow trait removal.
For example, you can pay 3,000 Credits to a Bounty Hunter in New Atlantis to remove the 'Wanted' trait. Additionally, it's hinted that you can eliminate the 'Hero Worshipped' trait by dealing with your Adoring Fan.
