Destiny 2 players can find Xur in Watcher's Grave, Nessus, this week.
If you are not familiar with the location, Bungie placed him on a branch of the giant tree that is directly in front of you as you spawn in the zone.
Just go there and the climb is going to be to your left. You can see a bunch of Guardians in the position where the vendor spawns.

Recommendations
Gnawing Hunger has a pretty good all-around roll but it will not excel in either PvE or PvP. It is a jack of all trades so it will perform admirably in both types of activities.
Titans have a good selection of armour this time around, with the helmet and chest piece being their wet dream as they only have two Mobility each. Leg armour is also worth picking up.
Warlocks didn't have as much luck, with all of their rolls having high Mobility but keep in mind that makes them somewhat good for PvP.
Hunters once again have five good pieces of armour to choose from and the chest piece is a bit better than the rest.
