Anniversary Update Content

The simultaneous Anniversary Update delivers significant post-launch additions including Photo Mode, allowing players to capture the game's visually stunning environments. New Game Plus enables repeat playthroughs with carried-over progression, addressing one of the most requested features since the game's original Xbox and PC launch.

Three new playable races expand character creation options: orlans, dwarves, and aumaua. Each race brings unique dialogue options and reactivity throughout the campaign, according to Obsidian. The update also introduces a new weapon type, but Obsidian didn't specify which one.
