ARC Raiders has received another patch today, aimed at further nerfing exploits, as well as loot balancing and stabilisation. This 1.18.0 update also includes tweaks to blueprint drop chances, and high-tier material drops when certain conditions are met on a map.
Players will also see quest progression and stuttering issues patched up. Find out all that’s new in the patch notes below.
Exploit Fixes
Fixed various item storage exploits:
- Players were able to place weapons into their safe pocket without the Safekeeper Augment.
- Players were able to place the Snaphook into their safe pocket while it was active.
Loot and Blueprint Adjustments
Adjusted drop rewards from First Wave Caches while playing on Hurricane:
- Decreased spawn rate of rare blueprints.
- Increased chance of high-tier materials dropping from First Wave Caches.
According to the developers, players were farming several blueprints a session by easily tracking and looting containers. Blueprints will remain in caches, but players can now expect to find better materials rather than multiple blueprints every run.
Map and Zone Fixes
- A hotfix has been applied to the Dam Controlled Access Zone.
Performance Improvements
- Enemies that spawn for ARC occasionally causing performance dips have been fixed.
Quest Fixes
- Fixed a bug where the last step of “Worth Your Salt” could not be completed if another player in the same raid had already completed the quest.
Stability Fixes
- Fixed a rare crash that could occur when opening the Player Proximity menu.
ARC Raiders Patch 1.18.0 is now live and players must restart their client to download the patch.
