Nintendo recently revealed they are holding another Indie World Showcase on October 28th 2026. The show is expected to be around 15 minutes long and show off some new Indie games coming to the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
At 7 AM PT we can expect Nintendo to show us some of these upcoming indie games and maybe a couple of updates on titles we already know about. Its a pretty short time but there may be some cool indie games we can see.
Indie World Showcase - What To Expect
As of right now Nintendo has not said what games we can expect to see in the show. We most likely will see some ports of Indie games that are already available but who knows if they announce any brand new games.
Last years Indie World Showcase showcased many games such as Blighted by DrinkBox Studios, Blue Prince by Dogubomb, Denshattack! by Fireshine Games, Mixtape by Beethoven and Dinosaur and The Midnight Walk by Moonhood.
Since there is a lot of Indie games that continue to be released for both Nintendo Switch consoles we may see some more upcoming titles get a closer look.
Will We See Any New Indie Games For 2027?
We may see some of these Indie games that were announced for 2027. Such as Grave Seasons, Cassette Beasts 2002 and Gravity Circuit 2. Nintendo has not stated if they will be showing games for 2027 or show us games that are coming sooner.
Its always possible we could see some new games that weren't previously announced. We have seen games from Nintendo that drop right when they are announced. So its not completely out of the question but nothing has been confirmed.
Nintendo will be hosting their Indie World Showcase on October 28th 2026 for about 15 minutes. We will have to wait and see what games they decide to show.
