The Warehouse is a sub-area within Lunum Mines in Pragmata. The REM here is visible almost immediately through the glass next to the Warehouse Entrance escape hatch, whether you are passing through on the main story path or fast travelling back to collect it later. Reaching it requires hacking a sequence of red movable boxes, the same mechanic used to progress through the area, but with one extra step that is easy to miss if you are following the main path and not looking up.
Step 1: Hack the first two red boxes forward
As part of the main mission, you will need to hack the red boxes marked MOVE to shift them forward and clear the path. Hack the first box, then the second, progressing through the corridor as intended.
Step 2: Look up after the second box
After hacking the second box into position, stop and look up. A third red box is visible above. This one is not part of the main path, but it is the key to the REM.
Step 3: Climb up and hack the third box from behind
Climb up onto the platform above and position yourself on the edge of the box already there. From this position you can reach the third red box from behind and hack it, moving it out of the space it was occupying.
Step 4: Drop into the gap and collect the REM
With the third box moved, jump into the platform space it has vacated. Look down into the gap below and you will see the REM sitting there. Drop down and pick it up.
Quick tip: The tricky part is getting the right angle to hack the third box from behind. Stand on the very edge of the box on the platform and angle your aim carefully before triggering the hack. If you are struggling to get the prompt to appear, shift your position slightly along the edge until the box registers as a valid target.
