Pragmata: How to Easily Unlock 'Can I Borrow That?' Trophy/Achievement

Can I Borrow That? is a trophy and achievement in Pragmata that requires you to hack a four-shield bot using the Confusion hacking node. The bot itself is one of the tougher enemies in the game, hits hard, and almost never appears alone, which makes a straightforward attempt at this genuinely difficult.

There is one spot in the Warehouse area of Lunum Mines, however, where you can trigger the hack from a position the bot cannot reach, turning a nasty encounter into a clean and controlled one.

Step 1: Prepare your loadout before you go

Before heading to the Warehouse, make sure you have the Confusion hacking node equipped and ready. Do not use it on any other bots between the entrance and your target. You will need it specifically for the shield bot, and burning it early means reloading and starting over.

The Confusion node is what triggers the trophy. Navigate through it during the hacking sequence on the shield bot. Save it before you reach this point and do not spend it on anything else.

Step 2: Head to the Warehouse Entrance hatch and progress to the crate section

Fast travel to the Warehouse Entrance hatch and push forward until you reach the section where you need to hack a crate to move it and continue. This is part of the normal progression through the area.

Step 3: Climb on top of the crates

Instead of dropping down into the area below where the bots are waiting, jump on top of the moveable crate, then from there onto the stack of crates in front of you. Stay up here and do not drop down.

This is the vantage point you are looking for. Stay on top of the crates and look down at the shield bot below. It cannot reach you from here, which gives you all the time you need to set up the hack.

Step 4: Locate the shield bot from above

From the top of the crates, look down. The four-shield bot is below, unable to reach you or attack you from this position. This is your window.

Step 5: Hack the bot and pass through the Confusion node

Initiate the hacking sequence on the shield bot from above. When the hacking grid appears, navigate through the Confusion node as part of the sequence. Complete the hack, and the trophy/achievement will unlock immediately.

Quick tip: The Confusion node is the non-negotiable part of this. The trophy will not unlock from a standard hack on the shield bot. Make sure Confusion is in your active hacking loadout before you reach the Warehouse, and save it exclusively for this encounter.
