Terra Dome Entrance is an area in Pragmata where overgrown vegetation has taken over the facility, blocking off key routes, including the central elevator. One of the main objectives here requires activating two terminals in the area, which erases the trees obstructing the elevator.
The REM is located right in that elevator area and is visible early, but you cannot reach it until the trees are gone. There's no combat or puzzle involved once you've cleared them; it's purely a case of knowing where to climb.
Step 1: Complete both terminal objectives
Work through the area and activate both terminals as part of the main mission. This is required before you can access the elevator zone properly. Once both are done, the overgrown trees blocking the area will be erased.
Step 2: Return to the elevator area and find the roots
Head back to the elevator but don't take it yet. Look for the roots growing alongside it. Among the roots, you'll notice a couple of flat plates jutting out, which act as natural footholds for climbing.
Step 3: Climb to the balcony and collect the REM
Use the roots and plates to climb up to the balcony, sitting above ground level. The REM is waiting there on the balcony.
Quick tip: If you head straight for the elevator after completing the terminals, it's easy to ride it up and move on without noticing the balcony at all. Stop before you get on and look to the side of the elevator shaft for the roots. The REM is right there above you.
